FINANCIAL INFORMATION
You have the option to pay for your dental visits using cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and/or Discover Card. If you need a more flexible payment option, we offer CareCredit. To apply online just visit CareCredit.com
INSURANCE INFORMATION
We will gladly file all dental claims for you. We accept most insurances provided by your employer and collect your copay and coinsurance at the time of your visit.
We are providers for Delta Dental PPO/Premier & United Concordia Federal Program. We also see
military Veterans with an active approval.
